Effective September 22, 2026. This policy explains what ApplianceRepair7 ("we", operated by BetterAds Solutions LLC) collects when you use this website or call the number on it, and how it is used.

What we collect

• When you call: your phone number, the time of the call, and its duration. Calls may be recorded for quality and to confirm the connection was made; where required by law you will hear a recording notice at the start of the call. The information you give on the call (appliance, symptom, ZIP code, name) is passed to the independent repair company you are connected with so they can serve you.
• When you browse: standard web-server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and, if analytics are enabled, anonymous usage statistics. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
• When you email us: your email address and message.

How it is used

To connect your call to a repair company, to measure which pages and campaigns lead to calls, to improve the site, and to comply with law. We do not sell personal information. We share call details only with the repair company handling your request and with the service providers that route and record calls on our behalf.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete the contact details we hold about you by emailing hello@appliancerepair7.com. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may exercise access, deletion and opt-out rights through the same address. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where applicable.

Children

This site is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
