We are not a party to any agreement between you and a repair company, we do not perform repairs, and we do not set, guarantee or warrant the price, timing, quality or outcome of any work.
No vetting
We do not verify the licensing, insurance, background or qualifications of any repair company. You are responsible for asking and for deciding whether to hire them.

Cost ranges, symptom guides and other content are general information for US homeowners and are not a quote, a diagnosis or professional advice for your specific appliance. Appliances involve electricity, gas and refrigerants; follow the manufacturer's safety instructions and stop if you are unsure.
