A weak igniter. It has to draw enough current to open the gas valve; as it ages it glows but never reaches that point. Replacement is the single most common gas-oven repair.
The oven door locked after self-clean and will not open.
Wait for the oven to fully cool (the lock is temperature-driven), then power-cycle at the breaker. If it stays locked, the lock motor or switch has failed — a standard repair.
